Pet Policy

We understand that your furry friends are a part of your family and we welcome them here at Tower on Tenth. Our no weight limit policy makes it so that even your big furry friends can enjoy it here too! Pet Rent is $15.00 per pet, per month and a one time nonrefundable $350 pet fee is required, $500 for 2nd pet, upon move-in. We allow 2 pets per household. Some breed restrictions apply.
