This apartment is the most affordable place downtown on the Southside. They provide the best customer service and they work with you no matter is your situation. They always have various events and activities for their tenants as well. This is the place to be if you live a minimalist but fun and exciting lifestyle. My neighbors are also friendly and quiet.
